Whether you have just moved, have youngsters that are a bit tough on your furniture, or like to pick up good deals on used wood furniture, this is a handy kit to have. The box contains option for fixing a range of imperfections in wood finishes, from light scratches to deep gouges.Markers, crayon-like sticks, and tubes similar to those used for acrylic paints are included in multiple wood finish colors. Using more than one marker or crayon, or mixing colors from two or more tubes may be necessary to more closely match the target finish. For the deepest gouges, a small container of white wood putty is included. Once the putty cures, the colored wood fillers are used to match the finish color. A small plastic putty knife and some small brushes are also included in the kit.I would have liked a little more instruction than what is included, but overall I think the kit will come in handy. We already have a few projects lined up!

Wow, you get a lot of repair items in this kit. For example, wood filler, touch up markers, crayons, putty, sandpaper, etc. Even a sponge which I can't see needing. Not sure what to do with the beeswax.Anywho, items seem to work as well as other kits I have bought. Takes a while to match colors but does the job. Only used it once so far, but hey when you need this kit you need it.Wish there was less stuff like sponges and more color choices. But for the price it is a good deal.

I am not a fix-it or artsy-crafty person but I found this kit very easy to use. I love the markers and the wood putty/filler. I didn’t like the touch up filler sticks as much because they were like big crayons and the color didn’t come off of them easily, so I felt like I had to push too hard and possibly damage the furniture surface.The color selection of the liquid wood filler was great! So many options. I was able to match my off-white furniture pretty closely. The markers also had good selection, although I wish they had as many colors as the filler. No off-white option there.This would make a great gift for anyone who has had their furniture for a while. Also good for dents and dings after a move. I wish the instructions were a little more detailed for people like me, but all in all, a great product!

I can't say enough about how great this little kit. I'm not a craftsman or woodwork; I"m a DIY homeowner who has wooden stuff that inevitably gets dinged up. Up until this point, I've been using sharpies to cover up blemishes, mostly blacks and a few colors, if I can find a suitable match. This kit takes that same concept and makes it into a full-fledged kit for fixing blemishes on anything wooden! This kit has thought of everything from markers to "crayons' to paints to wood fillers to brushes and sandpaper. And it comes in a decent box that will probably last awhile as my storage spot for this stuff. The directions are very good too. I wish I could give this an "A+" because it really hit the mark, and then some!

The Lifreer Wood Furniture Repair Kit is as wonderful wood finish repair kit. I wish that I would have known about this kit years ago. I have multiple wood finish repairs to complete from wood floors, cabinets and dining table. In the past I went to the big box stores to find stains and finishing products that would be similar in color and gloss with little. This Kit has it all.The kit includes everything that is needed for small wood finish repairs. It has has all the colors from light to dark finishes. I have not used the kit. But I look forward to using the kit to repair my multiple wood finishes throughout my house. I Love this Lifreer Wood Furniture Repair Kit.

This kit offers quite a few options to touching up wood fixtures. We have a wood table in our kitchen that has a spot where the paint was scratched off. The wood color is more of a grey and there's not really a color that matched. This isn't really a knock on the product, but don't set your expectations too high.It was easy enough for me to use the touch-up marker to cover the spot. When I first applied, the color was way off so I used a regular paper towel to wipe it off with no issue. I then experimented with a couple of colors until I got it covered in such a way that nobody (but me) would notice.We also have wood floors and I used the fillers and the crayons to fill in some scratches. It worked pretty good, but again I had trouble color matching.This is a great product, but just be aware that it may be hard to get a perfect color match. It's really important to try a test area before you attempt to fix a spot that is more permanent. I'd still recommend this product.

I have very old furniture. The kind that was put together with dovetail joints and is very sturdy. Unfortunately, my dresser had a small piece knocked off the bottom when it was hit by a metal cart. I couldn't afford to get it done professionally, so I thought I'd try this product. It was a fairly large piece that was gouged out.It took a bit of work to get the correct wood color and use the right amount of filler but it was worth it. This kit comes with markers, crayons, fillers, brushes and two sponges for buffing. I can't imagine not being able to find the right color to match the wood with all that is in this kit.One problem I had with this was the packaging. It was mailed in a padded envelope that had torn open by the time I got it. The box inside was smashed so I had to find another box to put everything in. That was very inconvenient.
