I paint house exteriors, usually fairly rough wood. These rollers shed a lot of fuzz which is much more obvious once the paint dries and is unsightly. They also become essentially rock hard tubes after about an hour of painting and have to be replaced. If you need a cheap disposable roller head that you don't intend to clean and you don't mind picking fuzz out of your paint job, these could be useful. Also, I tried washing a subset in the washing machine and drying them in the dryer to see if that would defeat the shedding issue. There was very little fuzz in the dryer catch but the rollers still shed. Maybe a little less worse, but still did.
