The tripod has a 50" height which is just right for my use, which is OK for home work, but for professional work I think it could be improved. But as far as the device itself is concerned, it is very good.

I used it to install sliding doors, it is self-leveling and works very well. The level itself only takes 2 batteries, but the package comes with four batteries and it works for a long time in the brightest light. It is very easy to use. I recommend it.
