As indicated in the package 20mw. Was able to focus a fine dot at 3 and 5 volts.

The lens is junk and the output is really weak.

Arrives with a generic label with no markings on output power, supply voltage or colour.Beam is VERY badly shaped, no amount of adjusting the focus makes the beam a good round dot.
