Nous avons reçu le colis, bien emballé aucun dommage. Sommes satisfait pour le moment mis à part les boutons de réglages pour modifier celcius et farenheit. Pas bruyant contrairement à des commentaires lu.

I just received my new wine fridge and so far really love it! I was able to fit all my sparkling, white and red wines in without any issue. The fridge is very easy to set up and cooled to temp super fast upon plugging it in. It is also extremely quiet.. so far, so good!

I was interested in this wine fridge due to its narrow profile. There was one "Used - Good Condition". I knew I could return it if it didn't work, so took the chance. The box was a mess when it arrived. Even the delivery person said "you can return this" which I didn't find comforting, but accepted it. Much to my surprise, all of the original packaging inside was intact as were all of the shelves and manual - unopened. There's one dent on the side in the back (not visible where it's located. I plugged it in, and it came to temperature quickly, and seems to be working as it should. I'll update this review if it stops working, but for now, I'm glad I took the chance and saved $200.

I purchased this item in September; in December the unit had a temperature sensor issue. Koolatron sent a new unit. Five star customer service! I was an administrative assistant for a high-end retail vice president. I know what customer service should be. I would not hesitate to purchase from Koolatron in the future. Absolutely love this wine fridge! 💖💖💖

This fridge works quite well if you can ignore the fairly constant hum of the cooling fan. I called the manufacturer who indicated that it is normal for the fan to run most of the time since the fridge does not contain freon. They assured me it is very energy efficient and uses very little electricity.I like the number of racks and it holds a decent number of wine bottles. The top section is meant for white wine because it cools to a lower temperature. The larger bottom section doesn't cool as much as the top section and is meant for red wine. So, if you are mainly a red wine drinker, this fridge is ideal for you.I like the fact I can return an opened bottle of wine to the fridge and it doesn't leak because the shelves are slightly angled. Overall, I think this is a great compact fridge for an excellent price.
