I'm a hobby cook and always keep an eye for quality products at a discount. I bought this knife as an Amazon Resale product (rated very good condition) and have been thrilled with it. The steel is hard and the initial edge is sharp and will likely hold for a while based on the cutting angle. The handle is solid and feels great in hand. The 11cm size is perfect as a utility knife, and I've used it daily since it arrived and haven't had any complaints. If you need a utility knife this is as good as you're likely to find without spending 2-3 times the money.

Seriously good knives for chopping anything from vegetables to meat (cubing, etc). Sharp as all get-out, beautifully weighted and "holdable". I bought the 9cm length after buying the 11cm length and being so impressed. What more can I say? I'll be replacing many of my old kitchen knife collection with more products from this brand. Highly recommended!
