Overall it’s ok. The fit is almost flush with the other buttons, the biggest reason for the drop in stars is the color! It’s a really light gray blackish color when it should be pure Dark Black like the rest of the standard buttons on a radio/ac system and that’s the first thing everyone points out is what’s up with the discoloration on the button. Out of everything in the car they point that out and no one ever cared when it was wore out but my OCD is driving me crazy over the wrong color which clearly shows black in the description yet not how they come.Here is an update since I’ve had the new button installed which I changed the star review an and added the last two pictures to show the change.The button itself has since changed colors and gotten darker to match the rest on the console. And it has recessed slightly making it less noticeable which less OCD about it not being flush and grayish black rather than the color black of the rest of the console.

The amount of color bleed through is not as great as the original part, meaning; it does not glow as bright as all the other climate control buttons (hard to see in photo). The quality of the plastic seems to match the OE well.

It’s a perfect fit for my F30The black button is a different shade compared to oem and the light is more vibrant which overall Looks quite nice.

It was a good replacement. Place tape on the other buttons so u don’t scratch during replacement. The button is slightly a duller color of black. It is not oem so it’s expected.

La pieza encaja perfecta en el espacio. Si todavia hay que quitar la previa, tengan cuidado de no romper la pestaña donde va.De día no se nota la diferencia, de noche al prender la luz de la pieza, se ve mas palida que el color original.

Perfect fit and very easy to install. The back light shine through slightly less than the original one but doesn’t look too bad. So it is perfect for the price.
