Easy to install:
Replace the knob to pop it into place, and you can comfortably embark on the road. There is a flat area on the metal rod on the dashboard - ensure that these are all arranged properly. Inside the knob is a metal sleeve, which should be inside. That's why it's very tight.

The knob overall looks very similar to OEM, however, the knob itself is slightly smaller- not a big deal. What is a big deal is that the knobs will not stay on the overhead climate control module, they slide off / don’t clip on.

Nice upgrade for 1998 k1500. However there are no stop pins so knobs can be turned too far. Keep that in mind.
