Having only started to learn how to play guitar, I opted for this left hand model Ibanez. I find it to be an affordable model for the beginning player, fair sound, straightforward to learn how to play.

This guitar exceeded my expectations. It’s beautiful. Sounds great right out of the box. Has a good weight and is comfortable to play. Compared to others in this price point, this guitar is absolutely incredible and a great deal. The neck is smooth and easy to glide. Strings are great quality. The frets are smooth and free of any defects that could scrape fingers. The action on the fretboard is higher than most guitars but comes in handy for certain music styles. STAYS in TUNE!!!!! Bought a squire strat of similar price point as well and this outperforms it any day. Comes with great quality strings out of the box. Pick ups are great and pick up selection gives a variety of great tones. For a starter guitar, I have nothing bad to say.

It is hard finding a quality guitar that is meant for a left-hander. This one is great. It arrived early, was packaged perfectly and looks beautiful. Only thing that really kept it from being playable out of the box was the string action. That was a non-issue. I set the action, re-tuned and it was ready to go. One of the best purchases I have made.

Avevo visto lo stesso modello in un famoso negozio del Piemonte ad un prezzo leggermente inferiore, purtroppo il negozio ne era provvisoriamente sprovvisto ed ho optato per questo modello evitando di dover attendere più di un mese. La spedizione è stata più rapida del previsto e con mia somma soddisfazione nel pacco era compreso anche il suo manuale (cosa mancante in altre chitarre da me acquistate) con tutti i parametri di setup dello strumento e istruzioni per cambiare o registrare action (altezza delle corde) e intonazione. Il manico è liscio e ben curato ed il peso non è eccessivo. Molto indicata per generi Rock e Jazz.

First off, let me just say that I was a little skeptical about buying the guitar as I had heard from friends who have jammed with it saying that it wasn't all that great. Once I got it out of the packaging, I was blown away as to how beautiful the coloring is on it. Very little tuning had to be done out of the box. The most impressive characteristic about the guitar is that it has very smooth fretboard action. I have relatively small hands but I was able to slide nicely with no rough edges to deal with. Way to hit the GRANDSLAM Ibanez!

This guitar is wonderful! it comes with the guitar, the manual/legal stuff, a hex key, a whammy bar, and the box it comes in. unfortunately, no case or shoulder strap comes with it, but those 2 things are relatively cheap to grab. The neck is made out of a great feeling mahogany, with a rosewood fretboard that is extremely nice feeling. the stock strings are made out of a metal that is better played with a pick. While it *is* possible to not use a pick, I would not recommend doing such. There is a dot every 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 12th, 15th, 17th, 19th, and 21st fret on the fretboard, so a bit more than the standard.the body is made of a nice plastic, or it is made of wood painted blue. I am unable to tell. The guitar's body has 2 knobs and a switch. the switch has a plastic top, but is otherwise metal, and the 2 knobs are both metal.The Headstock is made of both plastic on the front, and wood on the back. the tuning pegs are metal, and there is no string sticking out of the housings, so that is a plus.overall, this guitar is wonderfully crafted, easy to play, fun to play, and good for beginners. this guitar is a wonderful starter, and not starter, electric guitar.

I received this guitar today for my daughter and was not expecting what came. I pulled it out of the box to set it up for her before she got home from school so I could surprise her and to my surprise it came set up already. The action was set low and set with the same radius as the neck. The fret ends were clean and I didn't have to dress them at all. The action at the nut was low but not low enough to create fret buzz. Frets were all level so no fret buzz when playing, excellent guitar for the price.

Among all the cheap lefties I own, this has become my go-to for power chords in drop D - the pickups just have a nice amount of chunk and heft for those parts and it feels right. Stays in tune pretty well but also with those parts I'm not bending the hell out of the strings so your mileage may vary a bit. I typically have my guitars professionally set up after breaking them in for a bit, this one I've yet to do that with but it still plays fine with no noticeable issues.
