This seems to be a general "one size can be made to fit most" productI was bummed when my favorite pot broke & hoped this new handle would work vs investing in a new pot.That being said; When I unpacked this new handle, The included screw was the wrong size & thus the mounting hole in this new handle was too smallHowever; after drilling out the hole in this new handle & using the original screw from the pot it's a really good fit & I am happy.Not necessarily a "Plug & Play" item for me but the plastic handle was easily fitted.

Unfortunately this handle did not work for my pot which is probably more than a hundred years old so I exchanged it for a universal clip on.

I was so excited to see that I could replace my broken handle to my favorite old little pot! It was a food value and now I don't have to get rid of my favorite pot due to its handle deterioration from years of cooking with it. Look at my first pic to see how bad my old handle got! I showed it to my daughter when I replaced it and she thought I was too happy about this handle but it's my favorite little pot. It did arrive with marks on it but for this, that was minor. Fit perfect.

Broke the handle of an older sears pot. Replacements unavailable.Ordered this bake lite handle.. Came with an undersized screw.. No sweat i had the older screw..Unfortunately it was to big for the handle.. Simply redrilled the hole and upsized the counter sink.Now it fits and life is good again

The handle did not fit an older model of a pan. Had to drill out the screw hole a little bit bigger. Also, the handle is vulnerable to some burners on a GAS stove. It can scorch and heat up the handle which causes a distinct smell. Otherwise nice and strong.
