Over all this is a nice magnetic stand for taking measurements. The main issue I had was on the first use, I tightened down the T-handle to hold the steel rods in place, and the part broke. If you look at the picture, you can see that the metal is very thin along the edges, this could have been easily solved by making the diameter of the holder slightly larger to have more metal on the sides. I compared this to others I have and they have larger more robust parts in this critical stress area.I'll keep it, since I have others to replace the broken part, and I really needed for a project.
