I love the sleep quality that I have had while using this. I will admit I am using another one on my king size bed however this one I keep by my feet. I love that. I no longer have restless legs at night and can notice a difference in the circulation in my feet. I was skeptical at first, but really have enjoyed using this remarkable piece of technology. The plug allows you to attach it to your grounded wall outlet and on the unit itself it has two snap enclosures. You only need to use it on one. Also, the cable that came with it is relatively long and the material of this product is designed very well. I probably would never take it off my bed. The tester that this product came with is also a nice touch to ensure that it is working, but in truth, you can touch it to almost anything metal and it turns on. But that’s neither here or there. I have become a fan of grounding mats.

I got this amazing Grounding Mat for my bed, and I can’t stop talking about how great it is! I think anyone who tries it would love it as much as I do. Not only is it comfortable and easy to use, but it has also made a real difference in how I feel every day. Here’s why I’m so happy with it and all the cool things I’ve noticed about using it!This grounding mat isn’t just any ordinary mattress cover. It’s a special mat designed to help connect your body to the Earth’s natural energy while you sleep. It’s made from sustainable materials like conductive carbon fiber and soft PU leather. I think it’s cool how the mat uses these materials to help you stay grounded, and the idea of being “connected to the Earth” while sleeping makes it feel super peaceful. Since I’ve started using it, I can actually feel the difference!One of the things I love most about the grounding mat is how comfortable it feels. The PU leather they use is really soft, and it’s breathable too. There are these little air holes in the mat, which help keep it cool, so I don’t get too hot during the night. I love how soft it feels against my skin, and it doesn’t make me sweaty or uncomfortable. Every time I lie down, it feels like a cozy blanket.Another awesome feature is how well this mat fits on my mattress. It’s designed with these two adjustable elastic bands, which make it super easy to fit on mattresses up to 18 inches thick. My mattress is pretty thick, so I was worried it wouldn’t stay in place, but I was totally wrong! The mat stays put even if I move around a lot in my sleep, which I sometimes do. I don’t have to worry about it bunching up or sliding around, which is really nice. It just stays right where it’s supposed to be, giving me that stable grounding effect all night.

After weeks of him not sleeping well, I added this to our son's mattress. He hasn't complained since. I've been skeptical on whether or not these work but sleep is important and the quality of sleep is better than it was without it.This mat was easy to put on. I chose to use the mat lengthwise over a twin mattress vs sideways over a California king. I was able to manage it on my own with minimal effort. The elastic bands have a slider adjustment. After laying the mat on the bed, I moved the sliders, moved the elastic around the mattress, had to readjust and try again. The indicator light lit up on this as well as other grounding mats we have and a grounding sheet. I have the fitted sheet on top of the grounding mat.Overall, I'm very happy with this mat. I like the coiled cord much better than ones that aren't and the elastic bands keep the mat in place.

I’ve dealt with back pain for years especially since I have given birth five times! This means I am always looking for ways to relive pain and improve my comfort, especially at night. I decided to try this grounding mat for your bed and I’m so glad that I did!First of all the mat was super easy to set up. They provide you with a tester to check where you are going to plug it in and make sure it’s got a good ground, then you simply plug in the cord to the bottom hole on your outlet. I noticed after just one night of sleeping on the an incredible difference. I had zero pain in my back upon waking up the next day. I was completely shocked by this since pain has been a given for years. It simply was gone, and my energy levels were up all day long too. Not sure if it’s because I was pain free all night or not but man, what a difference. The material this is made from is also very soft and it’s thin so you won’t notice it. At least I didn’t even notice it at all.The results so far are that my back pain is significantly better. I’m sleeping better and because of that I’m waking up in a better mood and energy levels are through the roof. I’m also falling asleep faster and easier which got me is huge! I suffer from insomnia most nights and since starting this I sleep so nicely every night. I can’t say enough about how my health has benefited from this.If you suffer from insomnia or back pain then I highly recommend giving this a try. I know it seems like there’s no way this helps but I promise you I am a new person with this added to my bed. Five stars!!
