Only complaint, i didn't know about grounding earlier. i have been using grounding/earthing products for some time now, i just upgraded to this king sized from just using the pillowcase. Pillowcases work fine don't get me wrong and are a cheaper way to "try it before you invest" if you are skeptical as i was. i'm not going to sit here and tell you exactly what i can/will do for you, because i don't know what or how it will work for you, i had itchy legs every time i got in bed, it would take hours to fall asleep and now i don't, now i fall asleep within minutes.

After only 2 hours on this mat I woke up in agony! Pain I have never had in places I have never felt before. I immediately removed it from my bed and woke up feeling myself again. This mat caused SEVERE pain and it should have come with a warning that it does not work for everyone and could cause pain! I am NOT impressed.

I bought this in hopes of not having restless leg and behind able to sleep better. I have had it since the 1st or Oct. 2024 and I don't see any difference. There's no way to tell that the mat is actually grounded when it's plugged in.

At 70 years old a person is bound to have a few aches. With little expectation I decided to order a queen size mat. We both feel less aches and do sleep sounder. Much better than taking pills!!
