I bought this to specifically use with my camera gear. I ordered two additional shelves and installed them. Love the quality of the workmanship.

After trying to make an old dresser with very small drawers work, I found this roomy wardrobe of deep drawers and large shelving. It's fairly light and easy for me to move carefully. It's high enough off the ground, so the flat broom keeps things clean underneath. I can open the panel doors and get clothes out so easily. A great find!

Sturdy high-quality piece of furniture. The color is beautiful and it was relatively easy to put together. Just follow the instructions given in the box. It looks wonderful in our bedroom with so much more added storage.

Excellent quality. Had to have a friend that has tools and know-how to put it together. No way I would have succeeded.

Since this drop ships directly from Grain Wood in Virginia Beach, VA, I ordered it directly from them and saved $50 over the amazon price markup. Free Shipping! This thing is a beast, over 6' high and very heavy. It requires 2 people to move and assemble. The one Fedex guy struggled with the larger of the 2 boxes, but he was strong and managed to get it delivered onto my porch undamaged. Fedex should send 2 people!Larger box was ripped on the edges, but they pack it very well in layers, so no damage due to shipping. I did have one 1/4" ding in the front door, which didn't come from shipping.Made in Brazil, not China. It is made from real wood, not cheap press board. Not sure if the pine was sourced from the US or not, but it was solid. Other wood parts are some sort of highly compressed plywood. The hardware is heavy duty, plus they give you extra screws.- 1 star – Assembly is front down on books - yep, a real pain to find a bunch of books the same height, about 3" needed. I think leaving off the hinges until the end, would have been a better approach, as you assemble it front down so the hinges hang down between the books. The books kept sliding around under it. There should be a better way of assembling this! Dowels kept falling out during assembly. Could have been a bit thicker.I added Scotch Sliders to the bottom, 4 - 1" round and 2- 1/2" square should do it, as the felt feet parts were a bit weak.I added a bead of wood glue to the bottom of the drawers to make them more solid and quieter.Added two tie wraps to the hanger pole ends, so it doesn't fall off.Note to Grain Wood - Pine board #6 could have been a bit wider, as one of the A9 back panel screws just barely hit the board and splintered the top.It should come with a color coded furniture touch up marker for scratches and other dings and marks.Additional Items – Scotch Slider Feet, Furniture Touch Up Pen, Wood Glue for Drawers.~photosbymeta

Because it is made of real wood, this product is higher quality than cheap particle board furniture I've assembled in the past. While it takes some time to assemble, the instructions are clear and easy to follow. The detailed blow-ups were particularly helpful. Very happy that it uses real screws and not those funny fasteners that come in particle board furniture kits. The hinges are cool as they close the doors nice and slow. Drawers work flawlessly too. Overall, we are very happy with our new wardrobe /armoire. We have it set up in our mudroom to hold all our coats and outside gear.

For the money, this piece gets 5 stars. It's very attractive and once assembled, looks really nice. The doors, drawer-fronts and main structure are real wood (not IKEA composite). I was able to assemble it alone (but I've done a lot of this kind of stuff over my life). It took me about 3 1/2 hours total (with some interruptions on a Saturday). Again, for the money, great stuff. There are a couple of things to note (in no particular order). Because it's all screwed together, I would suggest that it probably wouldn't survive a lot of moves. I decided to add good-quality wood glue during parts of the assembly (probably should have done more) and now that it has dried, I can really tell the difference. I glued the drawers, backing and most of the main joints - especially the top. (I think that's an important part of the structure.) If you really wanted to get carried away, a solid, furniture grade plywood backing (with some added blocking glued in) would really make this thing strong. Be VERY careful to use the correct screws. I accidentally grabbed a fluted screw when I was supposed to use a pan-head and went right through the front of one of the drawers ;-(. I was able to fix it and doubt the wife will notice (but I will always know). If this unit were a name-brand at a department store (yes it would be more sturdy), it would 4 to 5 times more expensive. The labor savings is where the costs are kept down. Assembly is not for the inexperienced (at least not without help) IMO.
