Problem one was the delivery date getting pushed back almost a week. Then once they were delivered (we ordered 2) one of the boxes appeared to have been retaped shut. Once we put it together it had some damage and was missing one of the door hinges (very large part so I know it wasn't lost in assembly). So now we have to go try to find another one that will fit. The drawers don't move in and out smoothly at all. My biggest irritation of all is the fact that the doors and drawers don't match the body of the wardrobe. The body/frame is more of a true white and the doors are a yellow white. They should obviously all match so now I'll prob feel the need to try to paint it.

Assembling it was a bit of a challenge, but the seller provided a helpful video (without me even asking—excellent customer service!). I enjoy a good challenge, so I didn’t watch the video—that’s on me! However, once it was fully assembled, it turned out beautifully and looks fantastic.

Within 3 days it was delivered and we were able to put the closet together. Yes, there are a lot of pieces, but everything is clearly labeled and while the instruction booklet is only pictures, it’s easy enough to follow if you take your time. There is also a YouTube video that they can send you.
