We had a smaller one of these pans and I thought it was a Gotham. I know now after having this pan, my other pan was not a Gotham. For a fairly inexpensive pan, the nonstick factor is awesome. The pan and rack clean up so easy even when things are stuck and cooked on. We have a large airfryer/toaster oven and this pan worked great in it

I got the Gotham Steel Air Fryer Basket with high hopes of turning my oven into a magical, calorie-conscious deep fryer. And you know what? It almost delivered. My fries? Crispy. My nuggets? Delightfully golden. My kitchen counter? Absolutely covered in crumbs and grease splatter.The good: It does crisp things up nicely, and I no longer have to turn my food 17 times while baking. The bad? Cleaning this thing is like scrubbing a medieval torture device. The mesh traps every rogue breadcrumb like it’s collecting them for an art project, and unless you enjoy aggressive scrubbing, you will find yourself questioning your life choices.Overall, it works great if you’re willing to deal with a little mess and some extra cleanup. Just be prepared to find stray crumbs in places you didn’t even cook in. Still, worth it for the crunch factor!

This oven air fryer works beautifully, and cleaned up easily. My french fries tasted the best they ever have, like restaurant ones. I couldn't be happier. It looks very sleek, nice finish. I had bought the smaller one but returned it because be aware with these that the measurements are not usable baking space but size from one end of the basket to the other, edge to edge.

We bought this to use with our new oven and the air fry option. I'm still getting use to cook times on that from our counter air fryer. This pan! I love how easy it cleans up. Cooked steaks on them last night, the drippings wiped right off in the dish water. The basked was relatively easy too with minimal elbow grease. Love anything that is a dream to clean up.

Extra Large 11x17 is the way to go on this air fryer basket for the oven. Cleans up so fast. Non stick is really non stick.Great for family meals. Quality is durable and excellent!

I acquired all 3 sizes to fit the different meal sizes I work with. First off, it's beautiful with the copper color and extra smooth finish, and aesthetically it just makes it feel better to use than all the other trays I have used. The first thing I tried to make is Bacon. I used the largest basket 16.5 X 12.5 but it was too short to cover the standard bacon package of up to 11 pieces. This package had only 9 pieces and I had to squeeze each piece up to make it all fit. The edges were touching which is a no-no as the pieces will cook together at the edges and be difficult to separate at the end of the cooking cycle. The flat tray with no basket I normally use is considerably longer and can accommodate a full package of eleven. The basket width is a little short also as the bacon strips are typically 13" long. The cooking went great! I got the recipe online at the Gotham Steel website to give their product a fair shot. Simple enough, 400 degrees for Oven bake at 15 to 18 minutes. PERFECT! All the other recipes I have ever tried using all different oven temperatures and cooking times have never worked out well as stated but this one was right on! Cleanup is a breeze as advertised with just a quick wash with soap and water! The only con I have is a safety one in that there is no easy and safe way to grab both the basket and tray together for removing from the hot oven. It's a little scary as there is nothing solid to grab onto to confidently hold them together. You have to be extremely careful not to squeeze too hard or you can literally flip the basket right out of the tray onto yourself. There should be some kind of mechanism to lock them together. Other than that, a GREAT PRODUCT!

Just got this and popped in some baby potatoes, tossed in small amount of oil and then salted. Have it a shake half way through cooking. The potatoes were evenly roasted, and all cooked through perfectly in 30mins. The air circulates through the wire effectively and the food is not sitting in oil… a much healthier result with no loss of flavour.

Bought this to use as a "air fry" basket in the Breville Smart Oven Air. It fits nicely. It is smaller than the basket tray that came with the oven, but cleaning this one easier, as droppings fall to a tray instead of the bottom of my oven.Because this now allows proper air circulation around the food, the air fry option on the oven works well and the food items are more crispy than just baked.Cleanup is simple because it is dishwasher safe. I also line the tray with foil so I can just roll up the drippings and throw them away.I bought this on a low price, so value for money is even greater. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
