This set is a great addition to a bakers arsenal of cookware. The baking ability is great with the mat on top of the drop in rack made just for the pans and offers great heat distribution. We haven't tested the scratch resistance on the pans but hope they last us. A great Amazon buy hands down!

These pans are very nice and great quality for the price! The racks and silicone mats are also very nice. I only have them 4 stars because there is a ridiculous amount of packaging. It is so wasteful. Every single piece is wrapped individually in plastic and then everything is wrapped together in more plastic!!

Surprised by good quality and heavy duty construction in. Nice to have silicone baking mat and cooling racks to fit. Small pans, but very versatile. Largest pan fits a dozen large cookies with ease.

What can I say? The baking sheets are solid and well-constructed, but the addition of the racks and silicone mats take this set to the next level. I feel like I've had a major baking sheet upgrade. My other baking sheets are extra-large, purchased from an industrial supplier. And while they are great quality, having pans the appropriate size for the task is a plus and makes cleaning much simpler. 10/10 recommend.

I am so glad I ended up buying these pans after looking at several other sets. I live in New Zealand and the ovens here are smaller than I am used to having in the states. The largest pan fits just perfectly in my oven - yay! And the non-stick mats, why have I waited so long to use them? They are awesome! I just throw them in the dishwasher after using them, mostly because I'm too lazy to take the 4 seconds it would take to wash them, and they come out perfect. However, do NOT use anything sharp on them as it will slice into them (learned that the hard way after baking brownies).I was also pleasantly surprised by how easily the pans clean up when things to get underneath the mat or up the side. It does not take a lot of scrubbing to get the pans looking great again. What an added bonus! And while I don't use the racks often, the fact that they were included at such a low price makes it worth having them on the rare occasion I do need them.I highly recommend these pans and I'm not getting paid to say that!

These are super easy to clean. So far I've made cookies and meatballs (not at the same time 😂 ) with them and they cook perfectly evenly. I love that it comes with different sizes and they fit together so they're easy to use and store away for later. So far they haven't gotten any scratches from going in and out of the oven. Definitely recommend these! Well worth the money!

This is a hard to find set, it not only come with racks, it also comes with perfectly fit baking sheets. Price is great when you compare with the expanse brand name. Good product good price!

I just wanted a couple of simple baking sheets to take batches of biscuits over to my folks' for Thanksgiving, nothing special, just efficient. BOY, WAS I SHOCKED. I don't know how they manage to sell this so inexpensively. This package includes 3 different sizes of baking sheets, 3 (coordinating sizes) cooling racks, and 3 (coordinating sizes) silicone baking mats to fit the trays. The sheets themselves were lightweight, (not so much that they twist or pop in the oven), very non-stick without the mats, BUT THOSE SILICONE MATS, Y'ALL! I made the most perfectly-shaped, great tasting cookies ever. They looked JUST like store bought, and not even the edges or bottoms burned in the slightest. Quality, effectiveness, design and great price...like I said, run, don't walk.
