Great big round stovetop single burner cast iron griddle perfect for making extra large pancakes which I like to roll up 'enchilada style' with fruit and butter inside and syrup on top.Also, perfect for my daughter's favorite chicken and cheese quesadillas toasted and melted just right..

Gave as a gift and come to find out, it can't be used in all stove tops. Electric or those glass top ones. It sits with the rim too high and so heat won't actually get to bottom of pan. The pan itself looks awesome and heavy but looks do not work in this case. Sorry.

This is inferior to a Lodge cast iron product. Like the size and it is round. But, the surface has a sandpaper feel to it. So far it is not taking on any seasoning to smooth out surface.
