Pan is great, but I only ordered one they sent two charged for two and never credited me back for the extra one even after I contacted them twice!

After the first use, the handle became loose and can’t tighten it. Too bad, because the pan itself is of good use to cook

Pan domed in the middle causing the eggs to flow to the corners.

This pan tends to bend when it gets heated up,,,, very poor quality in my opinion.

Never exposed to cold temperature, but now is bending in the center. Too thin layer? Maybe.

I just unboxed it and there's already a defective chip in the nonstick coating have not even used it

I've used this every chance I've gotten. Making burritos, pancakes, smash burgers. Problem is, it doesn't build up or hold heat. It takes forever to get up to a working temperature, and even then it's far too low. I've switched back to using my cast iron. Only thing I like about it is that it's a flat surface from which I can use my griddle press.

It's a griddle and it's fine, but after a few uses the paint on the bottom is scratching off in places. Never had that problem with other pans.

Looks good but don't expect to use it as well as you see in the photos! The middle is higher, so the eggs for example will move to the lowest areas!

I love this griddle, it's a perfect size, nonstick, and I always buy mirro if I can. Highly recommend!

Do you have a love-hate relationship with your griddle, I did, they all warped in the middle and the coating became a part of my food chain. I think this is a cut above my many previous coated griddles. I was so upset that I had dug out my old solid, heavy duty non-coated massive aluminum griddle and started reusing it before this arrived.

We purchased this Mirro griddle to replace a similar one from the same manufacturer that had done good service for over ten years. Like most Teflon coated aluminum pans, it's best used with moderate heat. It is not suitable for searing foods a high temperature, as this can warp the cooking surface. We use this for pancakes, grilled cheese and similar sandwiches. It's not a frying pan replacement. The low lip makes turning food with a plastic spatula in a controlled manner very simple.
