This is a durable water dispenser, I’ve been using it since I got it, we lost our potable water source during the hurricane. It comes with a lid to keep your water clean. You can add water to the crock or use with the 4-5 gallon water jugs as a water cooler (which is what I do). Works perfectly, no leaks. Cleans up really well. I bought the white with the two blue stripes and it looks really nice. Well worth the purchase.

I was hesitant to order based on the negative reviews but so glad I gave it a chance. Just opened the package and put the stand together today. It was easy, you only need a Phillips head screwdriver. I thought I was missing a screw based on the directions, however, it turned out fine with the five screws it came with. No big D. (I've put together my share of furniture) Excellent packaging. No cracks in the crock. I didn't even have to tighten the valve which was already in place. It is metal, not plastic. Tap it with a spoon or something, it's metal but it's super smooth and I could see how someone would think its plastic. It appears to be the stainless steel it is claimed to be. It works perfectly out of the box. No leaks so far. It's very cute too! I didn't put my plastic five gallon water container on top yet but I plan to do that as soon as I am ready to open the next bottle. I will update if anything goes wrong.

Junk. I am embarrassed that I spend nearly a hundred bucks on this and got something so junky. The ceramic container is good. The spigot is so so. The wooden base as you can see came damaged. Even if it wasn't you can see that it doesn't connect right and would be wobbly if I used it. The circular base that is meant to go on top of the wooden holder and under the base won't work because there are no pre-drilled holes in the base. I am super upset because I have contacted the seller TWICE to work this out and have not heard back. Waste of my money.

So far, awesome. Looks great and I believe it is going to meet our expectations. I am a little concerned about the tap holding up to frequent use.

I originally purchased this item instead of typical water towers because it was more beautiful than plastic towers, and it is. I absolutely made the right decision. It also requires no electricity and is plastic-free except for a small ring at the top that never touches the water. I purchased this before making the decision to start removing plastic from my kitchen, and am very grateful I did. The nozzle is metal, not plastic, and opens/closes easily with no leaks. We use ours with a 2.5 gallon glass water tank. This ceramic water dispenser also takes up less space than conventional water tanks and does not need electricity. It's perfect for homes that are trying to reduce plastic, reduce electricity usage, and appreciate aesthetics.
