The first beverage dispenser arrived broken around the seal on the lid. I requested a replacement and the 2nd one arrived ok. The 2nd dispenser was packaged better than the 1st one. Not sure why there was a difference in how they were packed. It is a very nice looking beverage dispenser. It will be used at my daughters wedding so hoping it does not leak and works good.

We will be using this beautiful drink dispenser for many gatherings with family and friends. I had a larger one similar to this one that broke after years of using it and needed to replace the dispenser. I am glad I ordered this one with the stand which is strong and made of good quality. I did my research and it paid off. The stainless sprout feels substantial and better than plastic sprouts. I probably paid about the same amount that I did for the 5 gallon dispenser years ago, but this 2.5 galloon is much better in terms of size for storing. I would always have to pour out so much extra drink or store it. The directions were straight forward to put together the sprout and no leaking from the cleaning and testing. It came in a heavy box and foam that made it here safely. We can pack it in the box when we travel which is nice. I can't wait to use it for our gatherings.

Bought four of these for a party. Filled two with ice water, two with flavored drinks. The glass is nice and clear, thick too. The metal stands are well made and assembly is a piece of cake. Best of all was the well-designed spigot and the washer assemblies. Overall a great quality item. You do get what you pay for.

I normally don't do reviews but this dispenser is amazing. I've used it a couple times already and it looks as new each time. Never leaks! I get compliments on it too, it's beautiful! It's also pretty big, amazing for it's cost. No cracks, no stains, it honestly continues to look new.

This beverage dispenser is heavy duty! Thick glass, wonderful and study spout and great stand. I so definitely recommend this, however, it is VERY HEAVY when empty, so full it is hard to move. It is also big and bulky - make sure you have a LOT of room in your refridgerator (or wherever you are going to put it) for it. NOT good for infusion water as whatever vegetable or fruit you use will get stuck in the spout.BUT - this is made to last and is gorgeous!

Compré 3 dispensadores y están increíbles !La capacidad que tienen es muy buena, (10 litros) el cristal es grueso y robusto, la espiga es de acero con un acabo muy bonito, resistente y sin goteo, la base de acero en color negro muy bien !! en general es justo lo que buscaba !!

We hosted a holiday party and we wanted a drink that the kids and the adults could drink. We didn't want to worry about stocking different flavors of soda or making complicated cocktails that took us away from our guests. So we made this punch for everyone to self-serve, with alcohol on the side for those who wanted to imbibe.This arrived securely packed in a heavy-duty box that will work for long-term storage when we're not using the beverage dispenser. It is nice, heavy & durable glass with a spout that looks great and is easy to clean and install. It looked gorgeous in our kitchen; see photo for size comparison to a single-pint beer glass.We froze cranberries and other fruit to serve as ice and made a few giant punch-cubes too, and just before everyone arrived we poured the pre-mixed punch into the dispenser and added the frozen fruit and punch-cubes. It stayed cool for the duration of the party.Holiday Punch (Makes 43 cups or 2.68 gallons, which allows for extra that won't fit in this jug)12 c pomegranate or cranberry juice6 c pineapple juice6 liters ginger ale2 tbsp almond extract1 bag of frozen cranberries2 limes to slice for garnishMix all & enjoy! This dispenser is everything I was looking for. And I researched a lot! Its even more beautiful in person. I was looking for something that was a decent size,made of glass and with a stainless steel spigot. I had read many reviews about cheap leaky plastic spigots. This one was very easy to assemble and we experienced zero leaks. The top also fits very nice and tight. The base is very sturdy and gives it a nice height so you can fit cup right under spigot. The spigot also sits low on the dispenser which allows you to maximize the amount of drinks you can pour out without having to refill or tilt. Compared to many dispensers out there, I think the price was a bargain for a beautiful, and functional dispenser. I would definitely purchase a second one!
