My daughter's 2006 Santa Fe oil light was acting up.I installed this and rerouted wire that was very close to the serpentine belt, the oil light hasn't returned. And yes the vehicle has oil and the pump pressure was fine.

Had an intermittent issue with a 2016 Kia Sportage where the oil light would flicker. Replaced the oil sensor with this one, problem has gone away.

Ordering this part through Amazon saved me time and was approximately $30 cheaper than purchasing the same sensor from Hyundai directly. Installation of the sensor is simple, simply screw it into the sensor port, connect the wire and you are done. Removing all of the other components that surround it in order to get to it is another matter, but that's not relevant to this review.Once installed, it solved my problem of oil leaking from the failed original sensor, and has been functioning perfectly since installation. No complaints! Delivery was also very quick which was helpful.

10 minute job to install on my Kia 2.0 liter engine and it made the low oil pressure light go out. Well worth the price!
