I honestly picked this particular Gates Pully tentioner due to the shipping time, but it worked perfectly and fixed all the tapping knocking sounds coming from the passenger side of the engine. I thought the engine was on its last legs but now sounds smooth and quite. The hardest part was removing the timing belt cover, but I also removed the harmonic balancer for better access. see YouTube for instructions on replacement. This was the cheapest fix to an issue that had been perplexing me for years that had just gotten worse over time.

Works so far. I highly recommend you do the burp procedure where keep it vertical, then you let it extend, then (while vertical) you compress it with t vise. Do this 3-4 times to purge any air. I read this procedure somewhere, possibly on Gates site, and I had no issues with belt tension on first crank.
