This was just completely trash. It didn’t allow me to twist the cap on well because the piece that held the cap to the gas tank door was too thick and so it would get stuck. And then it just broke in half as well and I’ve only had it for a number of months.

I bought two of these for my Honda's. Both fit but they are a pain. Cap doesn't spin well at all on the retainer. Have to use two hands to open. And if you don't make sure you have the retainer in the right spot. If you not careful it will put the gas cap top off when you open the gas door. It doesn't seal and work right when tightening and losing.

This cap comes with the cord exactly like stock. Fits on the fuel cap holder and seals as intended. It was cheap and fit exactly as stock. No check engine or emissions light yet in Las Vegas, NVSoon, I will be installing this same cap on my 2006 civic ex as well.I liked it so much that I bought another one.Do buy the cord thing that attaches the cap cord to the fuel door as it is a one time use only.

The Gas cap works just like the OEM and is a great fit! But remember, you need to also order the clip for this gas cap in order to install it properly. The Part Number is 91594-SNA-A01 through Honda, but if you search that alone it'll come up on Amazon too!

Needed a new fuel cap and tether on my car, as the old tether broke off, and I was second guessing the sealing surface of the old one.Received this, proceeded to remove the old fuel cap, and the tether on the car, which was a lot harder than I thought (had to fight, and use a long-ish flat head to finally get it off the fuel door). Opened the plastic that holds the old tether “line” swapped it over, reinstalled it with the new fuel cap, and it’s all perfect. Now I can’t lose my fuel cap, and it’s brand new so I do not have to worry about the seal/oring.
