This kitchen tool works to mince/crush garlic. Don’t expect to mince your garlic with just one motion—a rocking motion with the hand tool then using a spoon or small scraper to remove the garlic from the inside of the tool, and repeat rocking/crushing with the hand tool several times does the job very well and with minimal effort. Tool is easy to clean with a brush and no more garlic-smelling hands!!

We use a lot of garlic but we don’t like to bite into a large chunk of raw garlic. This is a perfect way to crush the clove of garlic in a very quick manner. A plus being—no smelly hands. Great buy!

This is a garlic rocker to use to mince fresh garlic. We use fresh garlic frequently at my house. Usually use a mincer that you squeeze and this is an alternate way to mince it. It works pretty well. Seems easier to clean also. I think it will come in handy!
