The soap pump came neatly packed, with all the required fittings to attach to our sink. Luckily we had a cutout already, so I simply had to drop the base into the hole and screw down with the provided locknut and tighten enough for a solid fit with the gasket. The tube was very long which is nice, I was able to relocate my bulk bottle of dish soap under the sink and still dispense soap. The kit also comes with gaskets so that it fits a typical dawn dish soap bottle, so that it seals pretty decently. The metal finish looks nice and clean, and the pump works nicely. My only issue is the head is very loosely sat ontop of the base, but it works just fine ultimately.

This gorgeous soap dispenser looks great. It was easy to assemble. I just replaced my kitchen sink and the soap dispenser matches it perfectly. It’s a wonderful size and love the way it functions and I look forward to using this soap dispenser daily.

This soap dispenser replaced one that I had for about 15 years before it finally wouldn't work any more. The installation of this item was simple. After first install, it did seem to take a long time to get the soap dispenser primed. I found that if I would do a few pumps and then let it sit for a few seconds, the soap would continue to go up the tube. Once the soap stopped, I would do a few more pumps. I repeated this process until soap was dispensed. The product comes with a bottle insert and a bottle cap that has a hole to insert the tubing. Neither of these items work in my case - both the plug and the cap were too small so I had to use the cap that came with the bottle and inserted the tube. The pump is not a brushed nickel as advertised but is a shiny chrome. As much as my soap dispenser is used, I expect after a long time, the finish to wear off. It is very light weight but seems to work as intended. I love the fact that the product draws from the bottle instead of a small container that seems to need refilling constantly.

Really liked the idea of being able to attach this pump to a bulk size bottle. Tired of refilling the older small bottles. 2 ways to do it... reach under and unscrew the old one to refill or remove the pump and fill from the top both of those have issues. This pump kit solves that.I hope the "brushed nickel" portion (and the rest for that matter) holds up better than it feels in the hands. It's a bit on the light weight side. I'm afraid someone will push down on the spout more than the main body and snap it off.I would have liked to see a gasket under the base of the main body rather than the small O-ring that's in place to prevent water from seeping under. The hole in my sink was the same size as the O-ring, so it was of no use to me. Fortunately for me I had a solution at hand. (Not everyone has a 3d printer that can whip up an adapter)I did received this product for “free” yes, but... the Federal and State agencies do require that I pay income tax's on the retail value of the product. In any case, this review is my honest opinion and completely independent from seller or manufacturer involvement.

Really like this soap dispenser! I've had a few of these before and for some reason, the check-valve failed. Regardless, this one is the best one I've had. First off, it was extremely easy to install. Granted, I already had a hole in the sink for it, so that certainly helped. The only thing I would have liked is a little bit more of a flange at the bottom. The previous hole was just a little bigger than the base of this one, so I had to improvise by using the older one and just cut it so this one would fit on top, but the old one covered the hole. Honestly, the base of this one is kinda small, so keep this in mind f you have an existing hole in the sink. The tube had plenty of length to get to the soap for sure. However, where the cap goes onto the top of the bottle was very difficult to attach. Just had to keep working it back and forth and it eventually slipped over the top of the soap. Also, I needed to use a zip tie (not the ones provided, they were too small) to keep the top on the soap. Not a big deal, but happy I had some around.Lastly, the tube primed very quickly and out came the soap. I tried a few times and works great. Also, having had some before, the amount of soap that comes out of this one is perfect! The others dispensed just a little bit. But this one is perfect. Just the right amount to feel like I can wash my hands well. Highly recommend!

My wife constantly complained about how hard and messy it is to fill the soap dispenser on our sink. Miss the hole for just for a fraction of a second and a bubble forms to block the hole, Soap goes everywhere but in the dispenser. This dispenser solved those issues and now she is a happy camper. Just put the hose in a large bottle of soap and it lasts until the bottle is empty. Transfer the hose to a new bottle and you are back in business. No fuss no mess. Now I change the soap once every two months not every few days. I rated it 4 stars because the dispenser is plastic and if abused in any way it looks like it could break. I replaced the dispenser with a higher quality metal dispenser that better matched our faucet. Note you can't just add a hose to your dispenser. You need the supplied one-way check valve included with the unit to keep the soap in the hose. Recommend
