Installation Steps (1-5)
- Turn off the water supply
- Press the flush petal and drain water from toilet bowl, remove pedestal cover
- Loosen stainless steel band and remove plastic half clamps that hold china bowl and plastic base together
- Tilt China bowl forward,grasp vacuum breaker attached to back of toilet and pull it out off toilet.Set toilet bowl aside
- Remove both old seals and place new seals with TISH SIDE UP on top of thin seal with raised circle of thin seal protruding up through center of large disc
Installation Steps (6-10)
- Place seal and disk assembly on top of flush ball with TISH SIDE UP showing. Align notch on edge of large disc with pin on edge of base
- Put china bowl back on toilet base, aligning notch with pin on base, and centering the bowl outlet over the flush ball. Re-insert vacuum breaker into back of toilet, pushing it all the way into the rubber sealing grommet
- Re-install plastic half clamps under loosend steel band, making sure tabs interlocks at center front of toilet. There will be a small gap at rear of toilet
- Tighten stainless steel band clamp to a minimum torque of 65 pounds
- Reinstall pedestal cover and turn on water supply

I bought as replacement spares that i keep on hand .they always seem to fail at the most inconvenient time .very easy to change turn off water undo clamp remove bowl .replace seals .and assemble in reverse order .

Matches exactly the style of the seal that came out of my older Traveler 510 toilet. Will install in the next few days. Not expecting any issues. Will update if I run into any problems

Package arrived quickly and the seals were exactly what we needed. Changing them was a dirty job, but absolutely necessary since we were changing the flush ball mechanism as well. No problems with leaking or toilet not seating properly.

Great product. Of course no one enjoys having to change these. But very easy and the toilet holds water again. The last set of these I bought lasted 5 years. I even bought a extra set 5 years ago and now I canβt find them so I just purchased again. Perfect fit and a great value.
