Suggestion for Replacement
We recommend replacing the filter every 3 months. However, the filter life depends on water quality. When there is a bad taste or smell even less than 3 months or the water flow is significantly reduced, please replace the filter.

I Tested this Filter with a TDS Meter. My water is very hard around 600 TDS. I thought this would help. It only dropped to about 590 TDS. I don't think this works very well. But maybe its just for Larger Particles. I just thought it would do better than that. I am going to Try some different filters to see if I get different results. I do not know of another way to Easily test the Results other than a TDS Meter. But I cannot Recommend this Filter.

Filter seems to work well with the exception of a small leak from The inlet side threaded fitting, but it’s plastic so… Nothing a little Teflon tape couldn’t fix. I would recommend as a decent inexpensive filter for your RV.

I use this filter for my Motorhome water filtering at RV parks. Keeps the water clean and is very easy to install. I replace them every three months as directed and the water is always clean and filtered properly .
