So I do like this product but I would definitely refer to it as more of a mandolin almost than an actual meat-slicer. Do not order this thinking you're going to get something like a mini deli slicer. It is a stand that you can use to slice (softer) meat on using the knife (handle with rows of knifes to be exact). The blades are sharp but the knifes are thin so it does take some force to push them all through the meat and stand. I loved the included hanger for the accessories as well as the accessories themselves (cleaning brush, knife sharpener) and the fact that the knives can be switched up to use more or less with the included attachments (& major plus to include the instructions detailing how to use it depending on the desired thinness of the meat 👍🏼). Al in all not quite a genuine meat slicer, but a great product nonetheless.

We recently have been on a Shabu Shabu kick. This slicer makes it simple to cut your own meats. We usually freeze or slightly freeze the meat to make it easier to control the cutting. This was a great gadget for us.

This meat slicer is a game changer! I make a lot of Asian inspired meals and often need to slice chicken or beef. It's super simple to set up and slices effortlessly! I like that it's adjustable so you can have thicker or thinner slices too. It works really well and makes my meal prepping much easier!

This is handy for quickly cutting up meat. It does have a learning curve but once you get used to it it does the job fairly well.I'll be honest, I'm not really sure what you would call this? It's not really a meat slicer. Maybe a meat prep tool?The quality is very good. As I said, it does some jobs very well.
