Do not purchase this scale. I purchased it in June 2023 and it has already stopped working! Too late for a refund, don't waste your money.

Although it is accurate but after weighing something it doesn't return to zero so you have to turn it off for a second weighing.

The last scale I had took me forever to figure out and remember how to subtract the tare weight. This is very easy to switch modes and it will even count. I ordered silver and got black. The color doesn’t matter to me but if it does to you, be aware!

I really like the size of this scale. It is easy to store, yet practical and big enough for most uses I have in the kitchen.You might think that it only does 6.6 pounds, so it might not be enough? Well 6.6 pounds is the equivalent of 24 cups of flour. I doubt you'll be weighing all that lot in one go!It seems to be accurate enough, but it does have a small difference between actual weight and the weight displayed. New pennies are supposed to be exactly 2.5 grams. I weighed 14 of them directly on the scale, so it should have read 35g exactly. Then I used the tray with the tare function and I got the wrong reading twice (it could be due to the fact that they aren't new and have had some use so they weren't in mint condition), but the reading was also different with the tare function than with the top of the scale... so it does have some inaccuracy. Be aware, but it most likely won't change enough to really make a difference in your recipes, but your call.
