dead on. wind cover made it perfect. nice trays. never been off. unfortunately it got stepped on and the wind cover broke. still need to get a new one because it was probably my favorite mg scale

Very nice digital scale. My only problem is that being a boomer I trust the balance scales more but really like the portable aspect of this kind of scale for multi use for example as an aid to determine the quality of silver or gold coins by weight.

Not always accurate, can require much effort to maintain a consistent reading, but gets the job close to done. Weight settings are useful, sensitivity is good, auto shut off feature, good battery life and easy for storage

I use a variety of scales for biology and chemistry. What impressed me about this microgram scale was its design, and instructions written in understandable English (that actually explain all functions).Be sure to remove the nearly-invisible plastic wrapping from each battery before installation!I like the flip-over cover to block wind, the bright display, and the calibration weights set handy for use. Be aware that the instructions for calibration are in error -- it is a 2-step process, and you need to add the second weight when the scale flashes 40.000. But I like that it does calibrate over the full range.The scale is designed for legitimate bench use, not for carrying in one's pocket. The plastic tray that comes with it is handy for storing scale and the accessories in the original box. And the USB charger is a great idea!

You get what you pay for… it’s not 100% accurate but it’s decent for the price… I was using for weighing powder charges and a couple were a bit off but for a hunter, def with in acceptable tolerances

For the price, this seems to be a good scale.I bought it for measuring nootropic supplements dosages.While it purports to be accurate to +/- .5 miligrams, it doesn't handle very light weights.For example, one supplement has a recommended dose of 10mg. I was unable to get the scale to register any weight at all until I'd placed over 25mg on it. That's a problem for me. It's fine for higher doses (e.g. 300mg). For one reason, nootropic recommendations are typically ranges, so if I'm off by a gram or two it doesn't matter. But, for a 10mg dose, the scale is insufficient.I may experiment with placing a heavier weight in the tray WITHOUT zeroing it out and then adding to that. It might work.My powders stuck to the plastic trays, so I was unable to take the full dose. I had to wipe a thin layer of powder out of the tray each use. For low dose supplements, that's a problem because a fair percent of the total measured amount stays in the tray.A few things were not as I expected, but that's no fault of the product. It's important to read the manual to properly use this scale.For example, a slow moving ceiling fan -- or even the hvac running can affect the scale.You also need to calibrate it any time you move the scale. So, my plan to keep it in a drawer and pull it out when needed doesn't work, unless I want to calibrate it each use -- which would be annoying.It also can be affected by being too close to electronics, such as a computer or speaker.Still, I'm happy with the purchase. To solve most of the above problems would require a much more expensive lab scale.For the price, this is excellent.
