It comes assembled. Big plus it’s not as wide as I thought but it works w two big recycling cans(plastic) make sure u measure width. I did and it fits exactly the two cansEasy to stretch out to full length and comes w two bungee cords

Not only did it arrive in an underrated box to have it make it through the shipping process thankfully nothing I could gather was missing.As for versatility it had that but that’s it. After you can figure out how it goes together. The paddle that’s on the bottom when you use it as a hand truck is quite dangerous because it doesn’t lock into place. What does this mean? If you leave it in hand truck mode and some one moves it. It will collapse and impair itself against a wall, a car or even an animal lying beside it. So for that reason alone I had to return it. The bungee cables seem to be of use when using as a flat bed but when you pick in into this mode you have to be careful to not get your fingers pinched as you slide and lock it into place. I say. Spend more. This foreign made model fit perfectly that you get what you pay for but spending a little bit more will give you the reassurance that the item will help you get what you need done. Not make trouble for you or add safety issue as another thing to concern yourself with. Hope this helps. I would really like to see this item updated to address these concerns because not everyone reads feedback before making a purchase.

It has a lot of options, is VERY light weight, folds compactly, but the price is it is a bit flimsy and wobbly, came with NO instructions so we had to figure it out, and there's no specific place to hook the bungie cords it comes with. The hand truck plate is short and the wheels could be a little bigger. Still, it's a very good value for the occasional mover with very little space.

Not as easy to use as mine at the office, without the option to use as a trolly? But it’s been used a lot already by my husband. We can’t lift and carry like we used to. Well built.

It arrived pre-assembled. In the dolly mode it is fine. However, as a hand truck, the handle bar does not extend enough. The photo is misleading.
