The cart was a little smaller than expected, but it did the job. I like the fact that it is compact and easy to store.

The size is awesome. It doesn't hold everything I need. System of bungee cords didn't hold everything. Items kept falling off. I need to add more bungees, I guess. I've only used it once, maybe I need to load it differently? Probably perfect for a load of suitcases.

Been using it to get things in and out of a storage unit so I'm not hogging one of the facilities courtesy carts. It's not as long or wide as the ones on site, but that's actually a plus for me since the little guy can scooch between stacks of boxes easily. I don't think I've loaded it up with the full 500, but I know it can at least take around 300 and be fine. Assembly was easy enough - just pop the wheels into the holes and you're done. The bungees it comes with are okay, but I did end up purchasing some straps for instances where I don't want any give. I haven't had to use the straps yet though, and the bungees it comes with are decent quality. My only complaint was that when I first opened the box I was greeted with the smell of offgassing plastic, but after a few hours of airing out that problem went away.

I was a bit skeptical about this purchase but I had to move and had to be my own muscle and this is amazing. I lived in an enclosed apartment building so it’s all hallways and parking garages and so much distance. The wheels on this bad boy glided. The pivot and twist you can walk side by side with your load, in front or behind. Comes with 2 cargo straps. Sturdy as hell. I’m short so I didn’t load it up past my own height 5’3, but I’m sure it could go higher. 1 of the best gifts I’ve bought myself this year for sure!!

Great purchase. I love that this is compact and works so well. Its super easy to push or pull. The casters can kind of steer you sideways, but it's easy to correct.

I bought this dolly to assist while delivering groceries for Wally World. It holds up to the weight of cases of 42 water bottles. I would never have enough load to test the actual limit this item claims to withstand. It folds easy enough and small enough not to take up too much space in my storage area in my vehicle. The compact folding design is cleaver, once folded they is a natural carry handle made available.This cart has three sets of wheels which are quite sturdy however, they all six turn freely. This makes pulling the cart somewhat clumsy as the cart does not fall behind while pulling but goes to my side. I find myself trying to straighten the path of the cart constantly. Perhaps having one set of stationary wheels would prevent this. It also does not take bumps without tipping over. I have spilled my deliveries often and have to be careful to avoid any cracks or deep crevices in concrete walkways.All in all, it’s a great help for those heavy loads, saves the ol’ back.

Really makes moving a bunch of things easier. It's a bit small, even extended, so can't carry anything too large, but supports a lot of weight. The wheels are pretty small though, so going over cracks/bumps can be tricky. They also swivel very easily. This has the advantage of making maneuverability high, but it also means the dolly drifts out of control easily.
