All the parts were quality, but there was one gasket short of being a complete replace kit. Luckily, the required gasket was still in good condition and was reused.

Had to watch a few YouTube videos to figure out the install because none came with the kit. But once I got started went pretty smoothly. There were some extra o rings / seals leftover - I’m assuming they are for different applications because the water pump works much better now with the new impeller and gaskets / I rings I used. Not the kit’s fault, but be sure you line up the forward / reverse gear selector properly before reinstalling the lower unit and save yourself some frustration.

Great price - no instructions. Parts are different and all parts may not be needed depending on model of engine used on. Gaskets were pretty inferior.
