This pillow is firm on one side and softer on the other. I use the firm side and it stays firm all night. It seems to be a little longer than the average pillow but fits in my envelope cases. It's better than the more expensive ones, and I've tried many. Hope it holds up for the long term. Excellent value for less than $20!

I have been searching for years for the perfect pillow due to neck pain. This pillow has a softer side and a harder side. Value for the money on this pillow was a great price. The pillow quality is great! It does not smell or leave any pieces behind. This is literally the perfect pillow for people with neck issues.

The pillow is comfortable and a good size. My only complaint is that it smells. It’s a mint smell that I find too overpowering to actually use the pillow. I will have to give it a few days to air out before I can use it.
