This pillow comes vacuum packed and I let it "inflate" for a few days. While I like the design and concept of support for my neck, I felt that it was simply not as firm and supportive as I wanted/need. That being said, my daughter then tried it out and absolutely LOVES it. She finds it the perfect amount of support and comfort! The cover is nice that it comes off to wash. Decent pillows are pricey, so the price on this one is good, if the design works for you!

I have struggled to find a comfortable pillow. My struggle has come to an end. I love this pillow. I am an all position sleeper and I find this pillow comfortable in all of the positions I sleep in. It's good quality and with how much money I have spent on pillows, the price is worth it! I am glad I made this purchase!!!

I think we all know that choosing the right pillow is an important aspect of the quality of your sleep, helping to support and relax your neck and head, while reducing possible pain or stiffness.I personally believe that having the right pillow helps in feeling relaxed and comfy, helping to actually induce sleep. People who sleep with the right pillow for them, tend to wake up feeling more fully rested and recharged. I know that speaking for myself, sometimes after a particularly challenging workout, my shoulders and neck the following evening can be quite stiff or sore at bedtime. This is the reason that I was initially drawn to this pillow.As one can see this is a pillow with a specific design and intent. It is unlike any other pillow that I have ever owned in terms of its "Butterfly" shape and intended functionality. The interior is a fairly standard foam, shaped appropriately for holding one's head and neck in a neutral position. However my experience in utilizing this pillow is that it is most effective for individuals who sleep on their back.The design is such that a back sleeper's head will sit in an incline within the pillow, with foam ridges on either side. If in fact you are a back sleeper, I think that this pillow would be highly effective in helping you get a good night's sleep, (especially if you are someone who has experienced neck soreness or stiffness in the past).I personally am not an individual who sleeps on his back. That being the case, I do not believe that this pillow is of any real consequence or benefit to me. It does have what is described I guess as an "armrest area" on the sides that you can slip your arms under while sleeping. However, for an average sized adult, I find it difficult to believe that one could do that comfortably; I have certainly not been able to utilize the pillow in that manner and I have found that while sleeping on my side and using this pillow, the incline causes less of a comfortable position for my neck.The product arrives well packaged in a sturdy box, with the pillow vacuum sealed in a plastic bag. Once you open the bag the pillow will immediately breathe to life and fulfill its full intended shape. Unlike other foam I have dealt with in the past, there is not a requirement of a waiting period in order for it to fluff itself up. I highly recommend that you remove the outer covering and wash it thoroughly before actually sleeping with this pillow. I also gave the foam a light going over with an antibacterial wipe prior to putting its cover back on. I think it also should be noted that this product comes with a manufacturer's 3-year warranty, which for a pillow I felt was generous.**NOTE, here is an important trick that you will be very glad you have read. Prior to removing the cover in order to wash it, take out your phone and take numerous pictures of the pillow with the cover on, from all angles... Why? This is shaped in such a peculiar manner, that I had some difficulty getting the cover back on once I had washed and dried it. Even looking at pictures on the box, it still took me a bit of time and a bit of moving the foam around once inside the bag, in order to have it all fit back in place properly. Had I simply taken a few photos at different angles, I very much doubt I would have had that problem. I have also supplied a few for you here, which may suffice, :)

I’ve only used the pillow for one night, but I’m happy with it so far! Im a side sleeper and used to an overstuffed pillow, so changing to a shorter pillow was a big change, but I woke up with way less neck and shoulder pain than usual. The cover is cooling (welcome to a hot sleeper) and I was able to get comfortable in multiple positions! Overall, a win for me!
