I had doubts, let me say that up front. This screen has outperformed my highest expectations! Easy to install, and I added the push pins at what I felt would be pressure points. Seals completely and keeps the insects out. The dogs LOVE going in and out. This thing is seriously sturdy. I had closed the door and my pup was outside. He scratched at it like a crazy dog and it did NOT tear!!!

I went back and forth whether I should get this or not. The first one I purchased was from a pallet/bin store and it did not work. However I didn’t realize they came in different sizes. After accurately measuring the door I ordered this one. That also doesn’t include the hours put in into reading reviews for a million different ones. Price factored into also. I was on a budget and am aware that sometime you get what you pay for. This was different. It works amazing. We go in and out constantly including my little 5 yr old. The magnetic part grabs perfectly and closes instantly. It does awesome as far as keeping bugs out and it was very easy to set up. The one thing I will say is that I make sure to open the door as far as it will because sometimes the one sides magnets will get stuck to the door instead of to the other magnetic part on screen door. Obviously it doesn’t help keeping the cold or hot out but they do make the insulated one for that. I just didn’t have the extra right off for that but I do want to try especially it being summer. Because if I find one that works as good as this one but also keeps the heat out and allows me to keep the front door open then I will be in heaven. I also love the tie back option that way when it’s not In use they can be tied back. I do this every evening that way in the morning the first one out the door isn’t running into them lol.

For years, I’ve had to play the game with my dog of let out let in let out let in. It seem like she could never decide if she wanted to be outside or inside, but at least I got my steps in for the day. Once I discovered this it was a game changer! The quality is great and the magnets are strong. There are no gaps between the panels when closed. My pup must goes in and out 50 + times a day and this has held up strong! My only suggestion is make sure that when you apply the Velcro to the top of your door frame that the center is slightly pitched up a little bit higher (like a half inch.) otherwise the panels won’t close all the way. Other than that, GREAT PRODUCT!

Just as pictured, good thickness and durability. It was very easy to install and the magnets are strong.I only give 4 stars because of functionality- I wish there was a way to have the bottom closed and secured when the rest of the screen closes (magnets maybe?) The current design makes it so the bottom is always open so bugs, mice, or small animals could easily get in/out.

It seems to be durable I haven't had any problems with this doorway mesh, it's not flimsy at all. The magnets are so strong that snap back right into place, it's money well spent, I think I'll purchase another for my aunt, the great thing about this mesh is that it's thick and has hooks at both sides that you can open if needs be.
