I bought this to use indoors as I eased a new cat into my household of other cats. I had considered buying a screen door ($65 or more) to replace a wooden bedroom door so that the new cat could be in the bedroom while the others were passing by in the hall and all could see and sniff each other safely. This heavy-net door cost far less than a screen door, folds for storage, requires no special tools to install, is sturdy, and zips open and closed efficiently. It uses hook and loop tape to attach to the door frame (buy according to door- not frame-size). You can still close existing door if needed. I put cat food inside the door for the new cat and outside it for existing cats so everyone could enjoy eating while getting to know each other.

This product is AMAZING! It works just as described and has held up to the three of them climbing up it all the time just for fun! The only issue I had was that they figured out how to wiggle underneath of it so I had to use a ferring strip and screws at the bottom 😇

I love that it zips, it keeps the cats out of designated areas. It was very easy to install.

Worked great until the cat got wise and chewed through it. It took him over a year to get through so I ordered another one.

screen isn't very durable--cats can scratch through it easily

It is really cheap…I bought this for my apt because my roommate doesn’t care for my cat roaming while she is here. It’s fairly easy to install but does NOT stay up at all. The stickiness of the tape doesn’t stay at all. It fell down & continues to within DAYS of me putting it up. We are constantly trying to restick it to the frame to keep it up. It also doesn’t fit the door well at all. Part of it is on the frame and the other side hangs off the edge of the other frame. The zipper constantly gets stuck and further pulls the thing off the door frame:( it’s just really bad quality over all. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It was a total waste of money and I feel like there is definitely a better option out there.

Pros: Gets the job done! Its super sturdy and keeps the cats out and holds my adult cats weight. My cat started climbing the mesh like spider cat in the middle of the night and it didn't budge.Cons: The adhesive is so strong that I already can see it tearing some of the paint off my wall trim, so have some extra paint handy for when you remove this. Its also annoying to have to constant unzip and zip the mesh when leaving or entering the room in the middle of the night.
