I ordered this 10 Inch Omelette Ring for making omelettes on the griddle. I wanted a slightly larger ring than most of the other 8” rings that are typically available. It has non-stick sides and is pretty level as long as your griddle cooktop is level, as many griddles are not perfectly level so some seepage can be expected. It is easy to use and easy to clean. Overall, it serves its purpose and is a great addition to my cooking utensils.

This is a little bigger than I hoped, but it works for what it is meant for. Still for personal use, it would be nice if it was just a little smaller in circumference.

The worst item I have ever purchased. I bought these for my brand new blackstone and not only did one come misshapen, but the one that wasn't misshapen did not sit flat on my blackstone at all. It wasn't even just a little bit off, which would have been tolerable. Definitely do not recommend this item
