After 3-4 uses the coating, which appears to be an e-coat, is flaking off. I have set of two, from a different brand, that I've used for years with no issues so I am 100% confident I did not cause this issue. I want a few more of the others but could no longer get them so I settled on these.This adhesion failure looks like insufficient metal preparation prior to e-coating...either improper cleaning / oxidation removal or poor / zinc phosphate application.

They make perfect round fried eggs or scrambled eggs for breakfast sandwiches. I would make sure to spray them with cooking oil or butter them up before putting your egg in or they will stick.

My eggs now fit perfectly on a muffin. Easy to clean after each use, and I use them quite often. Cheaper making egg McMuffins at home instead of buying them at McDonald’s! Lol

I purchased these to make pancakes for our grandson. I really like the size and ease of use. The only recommendation I have for using is to apply some kind of oil or spray on the insides to prevent sticking. The handles also tend to get a little hot to the touch.

They are sturdy. Make sure to spray so nothing sticks. Repeat each time with nonstick spray. Release depends on how well you spray the nonstick spray on.
