Honestly looks like a giant roll of tape lolI took one look and was about to store it and not bother trying it but the reason I gave it a try was because my toddlers potty is below our bathroom window.Window is mega old probably from when the house was built in the 70’s.It was below freezing temps outside so even thought heater is on, rest of the house is 74 the bathroom is a freezer because of this window. Our home is brick layed so not easy to replace a window.Used this “tape” on the seam of the window making sure to even cover the switch lock and it’s worked fantastic.Seriously worked to say I was happily shocked is an understatement. My baby wasn’t cold anymore and he could go back to taking long baths like he likes without worrying the water or room would get cold.Value for money: absolutely! the roll is thick I could probably all if not most of my windows and I’ve have some pretty big windows.Durabity : even with minor condensation from the cold from outside and warm from inside no air leaks through the window and it’s been on there for a while. No signs of coming off.Installation: was super easy pretty much like tape measure and cut to size or you can also cut small pieces and over lap the seams so you don’t have any small air coming in through there.super sticky so becareful with your hair (I have long hair, almost got it stuck)Removal is easy too just take it off like tape lol no paint pealed of on my test area so I’m pretty sure it won’t remove any.Previous owner was paint happy, pretty sure there’s about 10 layers of paint on this wall. Anyway hope this helps!

This is great tape that is waterproof and will last quite a while outside

This does the job of sealing around windows but only with multiple layers. It's nearly impossible to get it on straight without crinkling together. There were some areas I didn't feel stuck as well as other areas.I bought this to seal a few windows in my house that I could feel a slight draft through. Although this is one of the wider tapes, I feel it could be about a half an inch wider to provide a better seal. I still felt the draft after one layer, but after 2-3 layers it wasn't noticeable anymore. I basically tapped all the seams including where the two windows meet, so it could not be opened. It took 3/4 a roll to do this for three normal size windows (36x60). Corners are difficult to get a proper seal, as are areas that have a raised area or lip. But, I feel like the amount you get in the larger roll is great and worth the price. Especially since I feel it will probably save me way more than that on my electric bill.The thickness I feel is just right because if it was any thinner it would crinkle on itself more and if it was any thicker wouldn't be pliable to shape into the edges around the window. It does look like regular packing tape so it could be easily confused if you had them in the same drawer. When you pull on this tape, it stretches while regular packing tape does not.I can not vouch for How this tape works with warm or hot weather. But I would say it mostly adheres with below freezing weather, but some areas become unadhered with below freezing temps, but multiple offset layers helped keep it mostly sealed.

By the looks of my glass tables, my 40 year old house is a sieve so I got this ECOHomes Window Sealing Tape predominantly to help keep out ash from the recent So California fires. As you can see in my photo with the measuring tape, this is a huge roll of window tape! I've taped my sliding patio door and three 33"x56" living room windows and the roll has barely decreased in size. It's very easy to apply/work with (it's a little stretchy which is helpful to work it into grooves) and easy to trim if needed. I used an exacto knife for a clean cut on the width to make it less visible.I actually noticed a few hours after applying that the room temp stayed steadier and didn't drop as much overnight. Impressive! I have all day sun exposure at the back of my house so this will definitely help insulate my living room from some of the summer heat come June as well.I cannot attest to whether this window tape will be easy to remove after the effect of a summer of 90 degree temps but I will update this review if it is an issue when I try to remove it from one window that I definitely will want to open next fall. For now, I could not be happier with ECOHomes Window Sealing Tape! This will be a staple in my household 'fix' supplies.

Had a few doors that got loose or started to have gaps and this product really helped stop the cold air from coming in. The stickiness was strong enough to hold it in place even after removing and reusing it multiple times. That was a huge surprise factor for me, from the past experience these tapes are only good for one time use and once you peel it off they tend to not stick much, but surprisingly this worked really well and helped to keep open the door multiple times and was able to seal it tight with a simple swipe. I'd certainly buy it again if a need arises.

Good tape a little thicker like vinyl. Easy to apply. We have old windows that let air in and out in this apartment so i needed to find a way to cut costs on a/c. I got the 4inch whuch is much better option you have more to use. I have 4 windows and the 180 ft should be enough once i am done. The glue is strong and seems to be easy to remove if we move. Overal good purchase for our budget. Good for sealing out gaps on our windows
