I bought this in summer of 2020 for $202! I was actually going to buy another one until I saw the price jumped up to $399! It was a good value when it was $202 but I will not pay double for this thing now. There is better quality if you are willing to spend that much. Ive don’t numerous bathrooms and this one started making a clicking sound when you walk around on it. I always use quality material when pouring a mortar bed to set these in. It’s almost like there is a adhesion problem.

Love these pans this is the 3rd time I’ve installed WAY better then crap at home depo n Lowe’s this is a heavy fiberglass mold seems less likely to scratch then the plastic crap everyone else stocks for same price

This is very well made. They are very solid and true to dimension and square. The finish is much higher quality that what I replaced, and a great bright white gloss finish. I don't find it slippery, the diamond finish is soft on your feet and provides enough traction. There no flex either. I installed mine as described in the manual in the motor bed. I would recommend this product. Packaging was very good as well.
