We may decide to keep this chair... and we may not! Because the lumbar adjustment mechanism restricts access to the entire chair seat. if you happen to be a 100 pound female, then this chair might be right for skinny you.We just received & assembled chair today, we will add comments in near future.******************************** UPDATE ****************************************Received "return for refund" from Amazon & dropped off the very heavy box (with all chair parts) @ UPS 4 days agoBUT ... Amazon has no records of our box of chair parts being dropped off,and we fear we have been stuck with the entire purchase price.******************************** UPDATE ****************************After a month waiting, we finally received a partial refund (seller deducted $35.00 for dubious reasons)***************************** AVOID THIS SELLER **************************************

Low quality. Parts broke on first use. Does not hold up to advertised specs. I would only suggest this chair be used by a smaller person.

The packaging is intact and the instructions are simple and straightforward. I spent less than 30 minutes installing it.I still find the appearance of the chair very attractive and comfortable to sit on, which is spacious for someone as tall as me.

I like this chair. It took about 20 minutes to assemble.It is very comfortable. I am a tall person, and this chair is very suitable for me as it is stable and tall enough.The foot pedal provides stable support, and the casters can roll smoothly on carpets and hardwood.

I bought this chair for my husband to use in his home office. He absolutely loves it! It went together in a breeze and everything lined up perfectly. While putting it together, he said that this chair is very well built. He is extremely happy with the chair and tells me every day how much he loves it. Excellent purchase and price for what you get.

Bought this chair a couple of months ago. My handyperson assembled it for me. We were both impressed with the stability, look and comfort. I've been using it daily for many hours a day and find it the most comfortable work chair I've ever owned. If you're well over 300 lbs, and tall, this could be a very good chair for you.
