First off, I am extremely critical in reviews of items like this that are ridiculous to return. I've built the chair, I've torn up all the packaging, I've popped all the screws out of the screw box, etc. You are required to do all this in order to even attempt to see how you like the chair. Returning these things is ridiculous, and therefore I treat them as if they have no return policy.This chair is slightly worse than mediocre. The things I can commend it on are:1) The seat cushion is thick, however unfortunately it is fairly stiff. I assume it might be a nice cushion for an overweight individual, but it's hard for me to say as an averagely weighted person.2) The construction of the roller arms is nice. Metal tubing that is well made and construction that inspires confidence.That's it. The things I can critique are:1) See seat cushion above2) Although the roller arms are nice, the rollers themselves are extremely cheap.3) The "lumbar support" looks as if it could have been nice, but it is in such a poor location. For me it can't go up high enough, so I just lower it all the way down. I think I might just rip it off.4) The arm rests are jokes. They're very skinny and slope slightly away from the chair's center. Not significantly, just slightly, but enough that my elbows are always slipping off of them. This is compounded by the fact that they are quite smooth and more solid than soft.5) The back of the chair is quite short. It's fine, usable, but leaves quite a bit to be desired.This is a chair. I am not looking forward to having to sit in it. I can only wonder how long I will be able to tolerate it until I replace it with something better. I'm so sad to have to replace my old chair, it cost me ~$150 and it has been such a nice chair for 10 years or so. I knew going into this purchase that the office furniture market was a mine field but the reviews on this one made me feel hopeful. I'm not sure where the reviews come from but I would not recommend this chair to anyone I know.

This Chair from Primy is a fantastic addition to my home office. It's comfortable with excellent lumbar support and multiple adjustment options for a customized fit. Assembly was very easy, and all the parts have good quality material used. Overall, it's a great value for the price and perfect for long hours at the desk. Highly recommended!

For the price, this is a good option. I work from home and my old desk chair needed to be replaced. I got this as a temporary solution until I decided on a final office layout and which chair would work best for it. After a few months I have not figured out my office and am still using the chair. My only complaint with the chair is the seat is harder than my old chair. At the end of a work day, depending on how busy I was and stuck in the chair during the day, I am happy to get out of the chair. Other than that, I have enjoyed the chair and am happy with my purchase.

Overall, I really like the chair. I wanted something I could adjust the seat height, arm height, lumbar support, adjustable tilt / lock tilt , 360 swivel, and this does all of that. (Although I agree with another reviewer that the lumbar support should perhaps have more range on it. It feels like maybe it should be able to go higher but it doesn't.)It's comfortable. The height is adjustable with the lever at the bottom. The arms are adjustable with a press button on the side. The lumbar support can be slid up and down. And the amount of tilt in the seat can be changed via a circular "knob" at the bottom (with arrows pointing to tighten or loosen). By tightening it more, it helps lock the tilt / lock the recline in a more upright position when you lean back.I liked the white and grey color, although I wish the arm handles were grey and not black myself .Size wise, I'm not particularly small or particularly large - I'm in the 5'9"-5'11" size and somewhat average body size for my height. (So I'd probably be using a medium chair if there were sizes to the chair) In case size is relevant for anyone.Overall, I have liked it for the past couple of weeks that I've had it!

The chair was easy to put together. It’s comfortable and supportive tho the lumbar could have more range. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I’ve purchased this brand before and am very happy with the product.

I purchased this office chair for my home office. The first impression it gives is the overall look of the chair. (My brother owns a fully black one). It looks simple, clean and elegant. When it comes to seating, It feels steady, and it offers a comfortable amount of back support with a spacious and perforated seat (compare to the one I bought from Staple previously which was returned because the lifting mechanism didn't seem to work properly). The adjustable foot rest also makes a great addition to the chair.The chair comes in a neatly organized package (Slightly heavy considering the metal parts) with clear instruction for installation. I was able to put it all together in less than 30 minutes.The only thing I thought that could make this product better is the material for the armrest, a finer and softer fabric padding would make it more comfortable for the skin.To sum it all up, It's a great product that offers great value for its price.

This chair is for my kid. Many chairs were too low for him, and his eyes were very close to the book when he read books, but this chair was high, totally perfect for kid, and the very good point is the chair has removable foot ring, it helps my kid move his feet to reduce the pressure on the back of his legs and increase comfort.
