Seems to work fine in my 2007 Santa Fe rear passenger side. Bit of a time consuming job due to alot of cables and wires that are kind of difficult to access but not too hard.Few Notes: You will need a rivet gun for this, the plastic 3 finger part does NOT come already attached to the metal plate like pictured, it comes seperately with rivets included. Im guessing they do it this way because the plastic fingers would probably break during shipping, you will need a rivet gun to re-attach the speaker anyway.I think the original regulator failed due to the fact that my wife accidently held the button to close it too long when the window was already closed (she wasnt paying attention to the buttons and thought she was closing another window) I saw how it failed: the metal cable pulled through and broke the platic window holder on the regulator, so word of advice do not keep the button pressed after the window is already fully closed or open.

The regulator cost less than half of what I would have had to pay for it at the dealer. It has been installed for about 2 weeks now. To this point in time is working well.
