I already gave a review on the other Dorman wiper arm so I will say they are just like OEM and put the proper pressure on the windshield like they are supposed to have. Replaced the 96 Chevy Silverado OEM ones that came with the truck. Look amazing and function just like the original ones. Shipped and received quickly. Big box stores wanted more just for one side and I received both sides for about the same as one from the big box stores.

This wiper arm is for the passenger side of my truck. I have a 1993 GMC K1500 and the originals were the pin style and I was unable to use the "profile" style wiper blades as they didn't fit snugly on the pins. With this arm, which I ordered for a 97 GM pickup I can now use profile wiper blades.When shopping for a 88-94 Chevy or GMC truck, the replacements are the pin style. 95-00 is the hook. They are all the same spline for drive, so this arm will work on your 88-94 with no problems, as well as the Dorman 42580 for the driver side. This arm fits snugly on the wiper transmission.I have no complaints after using heavily in a big snowstorm with 50mph winds. The wiper stayed tight on the window!
