Does not fit on 1993 240 wagon rear wiper arm. Close, but not close enough

how much can you ask out of a simple wiper nut cover for under $10? While I was able to press this on, for my wiper arm it inhibits the action on the arm and pressed in is a bit off center. Fine for a daily driver- not concours.
