I had to drill out the threads on this one because the stock bolts wouldn't go all the way in past the smooth part of the bolts, hardware that this also comes with has bolts that are way to small, chevy lt1 is what the listing said it was for but shouldn't have threaded mounting holes because it's not necessary

95 Camaro LT1The bolts provided are incorrect, you have to drill out the mounting holes to accept the OEM bolts. Use the supplied washer behind the pulley.

I don't like that I returned a bypass pulley because it was the wrong one and ordered the right one. For some reason the one I returned had all the hardware with it and the other didn't

Fit and finish were good, and functions perfectly. Belt alignment was perfect on my 1995 Fbody LT1

Works fine for the lt1 in my wagon I drilled the holes and used the factory bolts, and added the spacer behind the pulley.

Installed pulley on my 96 LT1 engine that’s been installed in a 1951 Chevrolet sedan. I had read the reviews and planed on modifying it to fit, I drilled out the 3 holes and added the supplied spacer to the rear of the pulley. With the modifications it fit perfectly.

Had to drill out to fit and none of the hardware worked but that was expected if you read reviews

This is the poorest Dorman part I have ever bought besides being a cheap plastic pulley it is not a direct fit for a GM LT1 engine. It requires re-drilling the mounting holes.

Although everyone is correct that it is closely to cheaply made the product is overall good. Its standard aliuminium just that it looks like a plastic covering. I haven't had problems for my Trans Am so Nothing bad to report about the product, just realize that the price is a big part of what makes it looks so cheap, doesn't mean the product is though
