Fits on my nissan sentra 2004 SE-R Spec V With the engine QR25DE so fits altima Qr engins aswell.box was supper damaged and the pulley had a chip (cheap plastic pulley) still works.for 150$ wasen't bad re-used the A/C bolts and it lands perfect, + engine feels more responsive.

I installed this many months back. I haven't had any problems with it yet. Getting the A/C pump out was a different story. It's ass if Nissan deliberately designed this engine so you would need to have a mechanic work on it. I have a 2008 Nissan Altima with 2.5 liter engine.
