I finally got a chance to use this on a concrete slab to even out some high patches and prep for sealing a crack. This is definitely something you want to use PPE for and this wheel is pretty aggressive. But I think this product is easily equivalent to grinding wheels costing much more and it worked very well in my application.

Dec 3, 2024I had uneven concrete at the main entry door. The concrete was about 1/2 to 3/4 uneven and about 14 inches in length, and it presented a danger as people could easily trip over uneven edges. So I bought the Zorunna 4.5 diamond grinding wheel, and with an inexpensive grinder from Harbor Freight I began to grind the two dis-leveled joints. I applied slight pressure, allowing wheel and grinder to do the work. Within 15 minutes I had even joints. I filled the cracks with masonry, and no more danger of people tripping on my entry way. The best $10 bucks I've spent on DIY repair.NEMFort Worth, TX

Not sure if my review is fair, since I’m not using it for concrete. I’m using it for rock, limestone to be specific. At first, I was a little disappointed with how hard it had to work to cut through the stone, but then I found that with consistent grinding and occasional throwing on some water, I was able to start carving a decent sized boulder without too much trouble.I will say that for the sake of this review, I did try it on concrete and it was a little bit easier than the limestone.I do recommend using a stronger angle grinder, at least one horsepower. Mine is something like 1.5 hp so it did fine, but I suspect a smaller angle grinder would struggle to grind rock like this. But the disc held out well, and I took a before, and after picture that I included in my photos. I also included the little bit of carving of the limestone that I did. The portion in the photo is about 8 inches to a foot wide total. It was a rounded stone with no “tariffs” before I started.I recommend this disc.

I have a 15"x3/4" high sidewalk that I had to grind down. Tree roots had caused it to raise up and become a trip hazard (and the city - who's tree it is, is no help of course). Years ago I had a similar wheel from the big orange box store, and I cannot find it. So I decided to give this one a try.It worked extremely well, in a very loud and dusty 15 minutes I had hooked up my grinder, and ground down about 3/4" of the edge of the concrete sidewalk, making it smooth with the surrounding area. I checked the wheel for wear, and its almost as if I didn't even use it (other than the dust and paint).Very pleased, and worked just as good as the name-brand product I had before. Price is about 1/4 of the name brand one.Note - be prepared for the dust when using this! I had my daughter aim a leaf blower at me while using it to blow the dust away.

This wheel is a real bargain. It does the job on the cheap, and saves you a lot of money as compared to practically every other brand out there. The quality is not that great, though. Its construction doesn’t seem uniform and pretty well announces a mediocre manufacturing process. It wears down fairly quickly. That said, I have never really used up the good durability and better manufacturing of the more expensive wheels. This wheel may not last as long, but its price more than makes up for that.

I’m not a professional so I don’t know how this compares to a professional version, but this works great for me. What’s more, how can this be produced and shipped for the price? What a value.I have a slab of concrete with some settling (what concrete doesn’t settle and crack) and I want to seal it. The crack is slightly higher on one side so I got this grinding wheel to take the edge off the one side of the crack. This tool was exactly what I needed, but I can see that it can also do many other jobs and I will be ready. If your job calls for a tool like this, I would not hesitate to recommend this one.

I needed to grind the high spots off some split face block so that the unistrut I need to bolt to the wall would sit flat and level. This concrete grinding wheel worked great, at the 9.99 price when I ordered it is a no brainer.I spent a total of 5-10 minutes to grind down about a dozen high spots, each around the size of a paperback book or a little smaller - and I was taking my time. The grinding wheel did not wobble at all on my angle grinder, meaning it is well balanced.Grinding down the stone face was fast and easy.I cant see any damage/wear on the grinding wheel, no issues with it wearing out quickly.Yes I'm very happy I got this, highly recommended.

I found the Zorunna diamond concrete grinding wheel to be very effective and as durable as any of the brands I have used from those commonly found at the box stores. I am using this wheel with a Harbor Freight Bauer 4.5" angle grinder, and it works perfectly. One thing that is different than others I have used is that it isn't threaded to screw onto the arbor, so a flange nut is required. It includes two different arbor shim rings to ensure a proper centering on the arbor, but they weren't necessary on my Bauer grinder. I have used it for more than 8 hours without significant wear and it is still doing a great job. Overall, a good product at a great price.
